HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the US and are sent to you via our partner courier. From the payment confirmation time, orders are delivered within the next 3-5 business days. Delays may be encountered as there are areas with strict community quarantine protocols.

We strive to deliver your orders within three to 10 days, but we may encounter delays that may be caused by the following:

  • Unforeseen circumstances, such as natural calamities and weather disruptions, accidents, civil disturbances, and other similar circumstances
  • Shipping service interruptions
  • Access to delivery area
  • Incomplete address indicated by the customer or no one to receive the order Peak season and holidays
  • Customization of products

Currently, we only ship within the United States. The shipping fee for orders less than 60 USD is 7.99 We offer free shipping for orders above 60 USD.
